The low valley planting is well suited to Bordeaux as it stays cold through the morning but gets very hot in the afternoon. This combination produces fully ripe fruit with well balanced natural vibrance and acidity. It is routinely our most aromatic no sulfites wine with pronounced aromas of red and blue fruits balanced tannin and a crisp inviting mouthfeel. This site has been farmed organically for many years and has shown no residual pesticides in the wines produced from its fruit.
